I'ma get one of those shirts that they show on the end of video. Cain's a beast! Saw him fight Rothwell last night live and he dominated him standing & on the ground. Can't wait to see how much he improves after a couple more fights.

Jan 23, 2010 - some people are extremely heavy for their height. Cheick Kongo is 6'4 but he is way lighter than Cain Velazques(6'1). I am 5'9 and I am 200 pounds(I am not fat). I dont have big muscles too lol. I dont even know where the weight comes from.

Feb 1, 2010 - there are several factors. One is your natural body frame(small,medium,large). I am 5, 8' and i weigh 155-160, it ranges between there. I consider i have a medium size frame for my height.
