For somebody to put a shirt that says who dat, with official saints emblems and colors together and some of them even saying saints and who dat, is a direct infringement of ownership laws. Why should every person making t shirts be able to cash in on the saints successful year by selling who dat shirts with saints emblems and colors? However, I do not believe that the actual phrase 'who dat' is nfl property. who dat with saints references though, is wrong.
